To be an Escoffier Chef is one of the highest honors a culinary professional can receive and Steff is truly honored to be a part of this prestigious association. He is currently the president of the USA delegation, Escoffier Chefs U.S.A. and will nominate dozens of American chefs for consideration into the organization. See a video

Steff is a favorite amongst local and national celebrities and sports stars. Some of the celebrities whom Steff has wowed with his culinary skill over the years are Tommy Davison, Dennis Hopper, Giovanni Ribisi, James Gandolfini, Steve Shrippa, Leo Rossi, “Kid” Chris Reeves, Larry Foote, Hines Ward, Jerome Bettis, Joe Porter, Ricard Gere, Vinny Circu and Dan Morgan.

Chef Steff has appeared on TV on a variety of occasions. He has had a segment on Fox Sports’ The Best Damn Sports Show Period and was featured on John Ratzenberger’s Travel Channel series, Made in America. Ratzenberger (who played Cliff Clavin on Cheers) also made a cameo appearance during Steff’s cooking segment of The Best Damn Sports Show Period. Steff has also appeared on the Food Network’s popular show, Food Finds, when they featured the best of “Italian Gourmet.” The show highlighted USA chefs, including film director Francis Ford Coppola and his California winery. Steff is currently working on a television show for UPN called Food and Football, which will team amazing cuisine with the NFL.

Steff, while busy with the restaurant and his TV appearances, still manages to find the time to ‘do radio,’ as well. Steff has teamed together with the Star 100.7 Morning show to do a radio segment called the Supper Club. This segment gives listeners the opportunity to join Steff and the morning show hosts for a dinner at an amazing restaurant each month. No one is ever sure who could show up at these dinners but many celebrities, including sports stars and even news anchors have made it to the table in the past.
